What do you feed your peppers?

Hi all

I was looking at my pepper plants today and thought they looked ‘hungry’. A general appearance of the center of the leaves looking paler and a bit yellow. And I realize I would like a better handle on feeding peppers.

Background - Maine Zone 4/5 - The peppers are planted in 7 gallon pots in Pro Mix. 3-5 plants per pot. My general habit is to give them a dose of Osmocote at planting (from 4” pots) and then semi regular feedings of fish emulsion or MG. They are pretty good size and range from just flowering to fruiting.

Varieties -

Camen

Feher Ozon (paprika)

Shishito

Flaming Flare

Hot Paper Lantern

Thai birds eye

Golden Ghost

Another hot one that someone gave me seedlings if....

It has been hot and humid, near drought with intermittent deluge downpours. They are watered if the soil looks dry. They are much less thirsty than my two potted tomat plants.

Suggestions appreciated, what is your feeding regimen?
