1 st remove all the shutters get MCM garage doors and a MCM front door that works with the garage door. The color siding is not the right green so look for something more like this. Your retaining wall is failing because the drainage was not done right so it will need to be redone along with the steps and walkway. Look at some MCM landscaping and anew light post forget the storm door if you need a screen get a phantom one so that you can actully see the new door

I think you are on the right track. I also like a dark gray with your brick. This is BM Amherst Gray. I really like it with Edgecomb Gray rather than a stark white.

If your garage doors are in good condition, you could just remove the fan grids. I would also remove the shutters. Your windows are not right for them.

I agree with the first two responses; the shutters aren't right and don't match the style of the house (which is nicely proportioned except the brick does come up too high - could be corrected with paint or a strip of added siding.) The lamp post, the screen door, the garage door windows, are all quasi "early American" touches so popular in the 60's and don't suit the house.

Think about beefing up the trim around the window sides just a little, instead of shutters, so that the windows make a bit more of a statement & aren' lost in the siding.. You don't have room to do so at top and bottom unfortunately.

Then do as the others have said.

Slate-y blue is another color that I think works with the brick, but I particularly like Patricia's suggestion. Our suggestions all have one thing in common - gray tones.

Does retaining wall / foundation will has the color choice as siding ?

I painted my foundation to match the siding and it worked well - makes the foundation "disappear" behind the landscaping.
