Ok. I know a lot of folks may say im wrong ( I would too!!)
But I have found Galatia smallii growing around some pine trees in my yard. ( 4 years ago we cleared a small spot of pine tree forest to move onto. From it, a lot of the yard it just pine, sparse grass and cracked soil. We also burn fires out here around it.)
Supposedly endemic to the Florida Pine Rockland and is endangered.
At first I thought it was just member of the Clitoria family. But then it bloomed and found the bright pink flowers looked more like a Xenomorph head.
Sadly, I didn't get photos of the actual flowers. They fell after I realized what they were.
Who do I contact for this?
Also, I can't seem to find a specific care guide on them. I've read a lot of articles only broadly covering it while talking about the Rockland's.
