How to determine where mold under sink came from

On May 31st, 2020 had Plumber (apprentice apparently) come out to determine sink backing up, odor when running dishwasher and sewer flies. Sewage drain was rotting and was replaced. He cut out wall and replaced part (see pic 1). Looked under house and dry rot/flies were seen (see pic. 2). June 3rd drywall company came out to repair hole and 3’ drywall (poor job as there were gaps (see pic 3). Last week noticed musty smell under sink when dishwasher ran. Took everything out from underneath sink and major mold growing on drywall placed 5 weeks ago (See pic 4). Appliance repair guy came out on 7/11 and said sink faucet had small leak but dishwasher was fine no leaks. Today, 7/13 had plumbing co. that originally replaced sewage line come back out and He said there’s a leak in the air gap when dishwasher drains which caused mold. I’m no expert but 1) how can a hose on the outside of the wall cause this much mold in 5 weeks, 2) there was no mold before repair on 5/31, 3) could the repair on 5/31 have damaged the hose/air gap which is causing mold, 3) is mold coming from behind the wall and have nothing to do with the dishwasher hose/air gap? Also, no new leaks under house, it’s dry but sewer flies are under my sink again coming from ?? Any advice would be appreciated!!
