I've lived in this house over 20 years and have never seen these bugs before. They've sucked the chlorophyll out of all my clematis. I thought they looked like flea beetles but they don't jump when I approach and they're not making holes in the leaves, just sucking them dry. Does anyone know what these are and how to get rid of them??
