I'm just a homeowner but I would also go with middle 1 on top row, it's darker now & I don't care for it, doesn't match as well as the middle top 1 which I think will give the house a warmer look, it blends in beautifully with the brick. Dark color makes the foundation area more "important looking" when brick should be the focal point.

Hard to tell from the picture but if the cedar is natural or just stained, I say leave it. It looks cool. I would paint the yellow maybe a spruce type green or slate blue/grey. I would also take off the shutters on the two windows. The house could benefit from crisp white trim (see below) & contrasting shutters on the first floor

I like the color that you have, however, your door doesnt show up very well. I would paint that a much brighter color, so your front entry is more noticable.
