With that color of brick, any light shade of white or cream, along with darker shades like black, hunter green, or several shades of gray would look great with that brick color. So I started looking at new garage doors, and now I'm thinking about changing the whole outside look. All trim is currently painted a cream color. Would you recommend something different? Also, I gather no one like the shutters. I understand they're not functional, but I'm afraid the windows would look bare and utilitarian without. The houses that I think look good without shutters are more Frank Lloyd Wright-looking (not sure what the real architectural term is); this house is more traditional looking. Ideas? Thanks!

I need to see the siding material. and BTW garage doors can be painted what trim are you talking about? A picture from further back that can be enlarged would be a big help also the front door area.

We are thinking about having the beams and post painted to look like wood. it will all be wrapped in hardy which we chose for the easy maintenace. My husband has been researching techniques how to get the wood look. We’ll go ahead n paint all the trim white similar to what we already have with white gutters and keep the white trim on the windows. He’s also researching stsining the brick instead of painting. Do you think a gray color would look good? SW light french gray or go darker? Thank you!
