IMO, you have too many little, different things going on and mainly need to simplify and use a little repetition. In addition, bordering the outside of the walk with a bed implies that at some point it will be planted. The taller the material that would be in it, the more it would obscure the entrance and the path to it, making the house look less inviting and the experience of entering seem more cramped and confining. In addition, the walk (and the step) is already too narrow. Maybe not today, but someday widen it by either replacing it altogether (in which case you could move it out a little further) or edge-widening it with a couple rows of brick or pavers.

If you moved the tree it could be made more useful. While it is still small it should be do-able.

The suggestions are organizational and not plant specific. You can figure what will work best at each spot. The groundcover could be subdivided some if you want to reuse some of your plants. But subdivide into areas not are not too small .... not too many one-of-a-kind things.

Natchez wants to be a large tree. Since you already have the maple in front, both of your crapes need to go in the backyard.

I agree that the crapes will not have enough room in your front yard. Natchez is my favorite CM, but it gets large. Here is a pic I just snapped of one in my front yard. This was planted from a 10 gallon pot in 2008 and has been this large for about 5 years. I am guessing it is close to 20’ tall. It was loaded with flowers until a storm blew through last evening. Wish I had taken a photo before that happened. Looked like it was snowing! It gets so bloom laden it practically drags on the ground.
