South facing LvgR, warm neutral paint

Hello, community! With plans to downsize in the next year or so, we are painting interior main spaces a neutral color - living/dining/kitch/nook/office/hallway - some of which face south, and others north. Our goal was one warm neutral color throughout (hahahaha). A light neutral with no yellow/red/orange/pink/green undertones. We found a beautiful balance with Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige for half of the space, but it's completely wrong for the other half. We painted kitchen, nook and dining AB. It achieved one of our goals beautifully - a warm neutral with no yellow/red/orange/pink/green undertones, as we did not want to add more yellow to the space which has yellow maple cabinetry/floors, and we wanted to tone down the yellow but keep it warm. However, AB is awful in our south facing great room. And also has carpet, not maple floors (very light beige). AB is dark and cold and gray, all of which we don't want.

We are looking for advice on which direction to go if our goal is to achieve flow and continuity in the whole front of the house with a light neutral LRV 60-70, no yellow/orange/red/green undertones. (Sounds like Accessible Beige to us, but not for our south facing room.) Also it doesn't have to be SW brand. Thank you so much.
