Agree with Cymopterus maybe glomeratus. Cool genus! Cool beans.

I don't know that variety, but from the flowers, that is DEFINITELY a Dorstenia, nothing else has blooms like that. Nice looking plant. If you don't already know this, seeds will pop off the flower & take root nearby if they haven't already. The seeds are those little roundish balls on the edges of the flower.

It is a type of hardy sedum, Hylotelephium spectabile, like Autumn Joy. But there are scads of different cultivars on the market with various foliage and flower colors. They are all tough, adaptable and durable plants and make great garden accents. Most tend to bloom late summer and well into fall. And they can be easily divided. ETA: just noticed this was posted in Gardening for Shade. Hardy sedums are best in as much sun as available and upright ones - like in the photo - will have less of a tendency to flop or splay if grown in as much sun as possible.

Salix species---a willow. The thing that amazes me is that I planted a six-pack of Bidens, and in the middle of each of the six cells, popped up one of these bronze-y plants. I began to get suspicious when one also popped up in one of my planters.
