We have BM Sabre Gray in our entry and master bath, and it was what I was picturing with your choices before I read that you were considering gray. It's what I'd consider a medium gray, and is a bit of a chameleon, looking a bit different in different light and with different materials. We have Gettysburg Gray in our dining room. I love it, too...It is more of a soft green-gray, still medium in value. It's hard to tell about the lighting. I'd want one that can connect with the warm colors in your granite, and go with the architectural type line of the backsplash...which I LOVE. I think I prefer the first two Tiffany options, or maybe the very last one, if the color's right.

Beautiful cabinets and granite, and I love the backsplash. If you're going to keep the pink-toned floor, then I think a pale blue-grey for the walls would be nice. No need to keep the woodwork the same in the kitchen as in the rest of the house. I would go with white. Not crazy about any of the lighting choices. I like the stained glass look, but you're not really going for an Arts & Crafts feel, are you? I like the third one best of all. Have you thought of going with a holophane-type pendant? It doesn't look bad to me, but to be on the safe side, start painting there and check out how it looks to you before you get too far around the room. The only thing that might bother me is if it looks close-but-not-quite. (That's a pet peeve of mine though.) You don't want it to look like you tried to match and failed. For that reason, I might go with something that contrasts more with the kitchen yellow. In general, I really enjoy a harmonious set of colors seen simultaneously.
