Thanks for all the responses guys . Ive been busy getting ready for my sons 30th birthday party on Saturday so I haven't been at the computer as much. My husband is friend s with Jeff Luther(said cop) and he also called to warn an animal control officer friend that the pitbull is aggressive, bites etc as we and other neighbors had found out. When my husband would clean along the fenceline he would lunge and throw himself at the fence. Jim went over in the truck and wouldnt get out (for safety sake) but just LAID on the horn til somebody came out so he could tell them and they just said"well ,you have a fence don't you?" He has also bit other neighbors but they always hid him til it cooled down. The cops said they had been watching this place for a year which isn't comforting,,,,especially if you watched BREAKING BAD and saw how dangerous this stuff is. We were in danger for a year?????????? Gee thanks! Cops said in the video training they received they just need to clean it up on the inside and all will be ok. Vero hides alot of stuff, I love this town but they want you to think there is 0 crime which is not true. No it isnt like your big metropolis but stuff happens. My son has been teaching me to shoot a 9 mil I won at a gun show and I pick up a new smaller one I can carry on Friday. Not what I want but hey, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. Im a pretty good shot by the way!LOL I talked to my friend at the extension office and she gave us some numbers to call. we want soil and water tests done. Oh and no one is there.They left windows open,and crap out in the open but no one has been back.

I don't watch any of those fictional shows mentioned above. I do watch Duck Dynasty. I really like that show because it takes me back to when I was very young, because of the resemblances to my family. My DM was a Kay. One of my brothers was a "Jase," and one was a "Willie." And my family did a lot of duck hunting, and we had a lot of fun. I watch real legal/criminal and medical cases, because that is where my interests are . . . searching for facts and the truth, in the real world. Dominic Dunne, ID Discovery, are 2 of my favorites. Recently ID Discovery did the case of a double murder in the town about 5-6 miles from here, that happened years ago. I had a vague memory of the case. Maxmom, I need to look for Monday Mornings. I usually don't watch TV in the mornings, other than the news. I would probably like it because I like Sanjay Gupta. Sue

I won't pay for tv channels beyond our cable because I just don't watch enough so all my tv is network. I watch Star Trek Discovery which I really like and still watching Big Bang Theory (I think it restarts either tonight or next week). I'm going to check out Unforgotten on PBS, it sounds interesting. And I'm still watching NCIS but got tired ofBull. I tried The Enemy from Within but didn't last beyond the first show. This is going to sound petty and critical but the lead female on The Enemy from Within was way too anorexic looking for me but perhaps that's changed. I've never had a reaction like that to a character.

For me, the absolute champion, never-to-be-surpassed series is Game of Thrones. Great acting, great writing, intriguing plots, and beautiful locations. True, it is very violent, so I - hating "blood 'n guts" - spent a fair amount of time peeking between my fingers with squinted eyes. That said, it is epic, a story of human foibles and weaknesses and occasional courage. If you can cope with limbs being lopped off, of everything that could go wrong being shown on screen, and if you can follow the convoluted plot and myriad characters - I recommend it. imo there's nothing else like it. The dragons! DH and I also loved Mad Men. We came to it toward the end of its run, so there was a lot of binge-watching to catch up. It would have been my favorite but for GOT. We've watched many of the above-mentioned shows, especially enjoying Foyle's War.
