Slow/ stunted growth

I have a dwarf cavendish and three unknown bananas (bought at a greenhouse that didn't know species). They are growing extremely slowly. I have seen about one new leaf in the past month. I repotted them about two months ago in a mixture of one thirds each of perlite, sand, and peat moss. They are outside protected from wind. The daily temperature is about 70-100, night temps between 50 and 70. I water once a day. I'm wondering if the slow growth would be caused from the soil or the temperature fluctuations. Does anyone have any advice to stimulate faster/ normal growth?
