Comments (26)Hi fellow parents, I am looking for beta testers for Brainfeed, my new iPad app. Brainfeed features educational, inspiring and entertaining short videos for children 7+, tweens, teens, and even inquisitive adults. Videos are selected to be age-appropriate, curriculum-based, engaging and visually stimulating. And the good part is the app provides a safe, child-friendly viewing experience free of advertising and inappropriate content. Brainfeed will launch on the App Store in February 2014. However, before I launch, I want to get feedback from parents and children to make sure that there are no teething problems when it goes live. As a thank you for testing the app I will give you a complementary 6 month subscription to the service, with absolutely no obligation once the trial period ends. If youâÂÂre interested in helping out, please send me an email at mark@brainfeed.org. If you want more information before committing please see my website at www.brainfeed.org. Comments (54)Apple has said that all 150,000 iPhone apps should work without a problem on the iPad. I will report in on Monday after I get mine. Pesh - you can create a macro in the ScreenLogic PC configuration setup. On page 2 of 5, you can create a new Feature Circuit and call it Lights. Then go into the Feature Circuit Configuration button and check off what existing circuits will come on when you activate Lights. After this, assign it to show up on the Water Features/Main page. Then it will show up on the Circuits page of the iPhone interface. Note: for a circuit to show up on the iPhone circuits page, it has to be assigned a location in ScreenLogic (Pool, Spa, or Water Features)....See MoreChoosing a new iPhone
Comments (27)The only reason I change out each time is because I recoup money by doing so. Every time Apple does a release, a lot of companies start offering buy back programs for the old phones, including Best Buy. By trading in the most recent phone, you get a lot of money back and I've never paid out of pocket for a phone yet. Instead, I pay the 200 upgrade cost with the trade in money and have money left over. Last time I got about 350 for my 5S, I just checked and can get 420 for my 6. We're happy with the carrier, and my husband doesn't want a new phone so I just renew the contract for his phone or mine. Verizon doesn't care. If I wait until next year, I won't make that much money on it at all. But I don't want to buy a phone or installments so this year I am probably going to pass....See MoreIphones and Iphone cases
Comments (22)Got the iphone xs max last night but was too busy to look at it. Oh my, i love it. The screen is so big and so fab. The facial recognition doesn't even require a pause; you pick it up and it sees you. It does not feel "to big" at all to me. The camera is wondrous! Set up was so easy. The two phones literally talked to each other. The new one took a picture of some sort of a code that appeared on the old one. ANd then it did its thing. Bravo....See MoreBunny
