I'd love to trade with you :) I have onion seeds, crookneck and straightneck yellow squash AND Dill's Atl Pumpkin seeds, another variety of large pumpkin AND the lumina pumpkin :) I also have some great watermelons and unusual types of tomatoes. I would LOVE some of those ruffled daffodil bulbs, pink delight butterfly bush, small orange 'maple leaf' morning glory, candyturt (tuft? lol), purple columbine, white W/ purple center datura, and golden chain tree. Those are cute! Maybe I'll try them next year instead of Early Prolific Straightneck. Everyone wanted zucchini at market yesterday, no one wanted yellow squash (but who could resist those "eggs"?)!

Besides Papaya Pear, are there any summer squash with a yellow flesh? I want some color variety in my squash diet. I have "butterstick", which is growing pale green despite the promised yellow. I have grown yellow crookneck, but rem3ember it as having white flesh and yellow rind.

Not a lot of rules with cooking. Once cooked, easy to freeze. Just don't re-freeze. It dries things out and makes for nasty tasting stuff... blah.
