Rose ID question, pink climber in NC

Charles Seaton

HI, I'm trying to ID a rose that has been growing at my childhood home for at least the past 44 years and my spouse tells me this is the best place on the internet for getting help IDing roses.

The rose is a big sprawling climbing rose (in the form of multiple rooting points, it has spread over an area probably 20-30 feet wide, and has grown probably 10-15 feet up into trees). It has loose pink blooms, cool stipules with little fringes, flowers mostly in groups of two or three, five (rarely 7) leaflets, small and few thorns, and no real fragrance. My mom (who took the attached photos) thinks it might be a Dorothy Perkins.

Any help greatly appreciated, and I can pass any questions about specific details on to my mom.

Thanks,

Charles
