Comments (5)I've collected seed from sagebrush and germinated some. They germinate easily when collected in December but the percentage of seed to germinate is very low. I have never tried to grow sagebrush. The seed from Oenothera deltoides, desert primrose are easy to germinate an grow. One of the finest plants East of Reno, in my opinion is a grass called Oryzopsis hymenoides, Indian rice grass. Comments (3)Not a milkweed. It appears to be something along the lines of solomons seal, maianthemum, uvularia or similar monocot plant. The pictures aren't really good enough to id it by. When it flowers it will be easier as there are several plants with similar stems and foliage. And I agree with Ken to try the Name That Plant Forum....See MoreJay 6a Chicago
