'Jakobsen' is much differend: It's needle colour is more darker green because it's a cross with Pinus nigra. Also it's growing habit is more sprerading and it will lose it's inner needles on older wood which give's it a more or less baldy look...

Today is a better day but that marker still says UCE, and no it isn't statice cause that ends in ICE and it doesn't look like statice. So with Remy's help(36 words that end with UCE and no im not that bright to use em all) i think i can introduce and also deduce that it isn't lettuce or applesauce or a spruce, hope it doesn't overproduce but if it does i may reintroduce it at next's years swap or just sell it as produce, or maybe even superinduce it but it could maybe even overproduce then i'd have to call a truce. @blakrab Centex, is there no flower photo? as it will be lot more helpful,too few leaves.. The plant slightly reminds me of Plumbago zeylanica the doctorbush, we used it as herbs for flu, myalgia and other ailments alike, hence the local name "encok" leaves (myalgia leaves). could it be that? I wonder.. How ever, if it is indeed P zeylanica, we mostly used it topically, as some said it can be toxic, although I've seen recipes of using it boiled and drunk as tea eta: I think I will add this link as a picture example

Monarchs will lay their eggs on it, but the caterpillars can't eat it, so they die. Good call floral! You said Cynanchum louiseae, it's either or? The names have been changed between Vincetoxicum and Cynanchum with different epithets. Black Swallowwort = Vincetoxicum nigrum, Pale Swallowwort = Vincetoxicum rossicum. Hard to identify by leaves but the flowers differ.
