Location is Fort Lauderdale, Florida USA. This blue bird comes to my pond every day, and I think it's feeding on the tadpoles in the pond. It does not threaten the fish but keeps poking at the surface and swallowing whatever it is. I walked closer and it flies away. It can stretch it's neck very long, longer than it's body length as it strikes with it's sharp long beck.
