Door hardware online
Comments (5)I have ordered several times from a online dealer called Simpson's Hardware. They are an Emtek dealer and had the best prices by far. Plus they have great customer service - when you call, you get Mr. Simpson himself (or sometimes his wife) and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was replacing existing hardware and hinges and had no idea about things like offset and screw placement and such -- they walked me through all the measurements and technical details to make sure I ordered exacty what would fit my existing doors. Everything arrived quickly and in perffect shape. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I have no affiliation with them other than happy customer. Comments (9)Thanks for the feedback. I did decide to go with the RH knobs (Gilmore) and pulls (Ephram). The weight is nice, and the Ephram pulls were closest to what I wanted (very simple) with a very smooth, comfortable feel. I only bought 3 3" pulls b/c to me 3" pulls are way too tiny. The best part about RH hardware is that the pulls come in so many length (3", 4", 6", 8" and online some styles can be bought in 10" and 12"). The bad thing is that they don't sell any appliance pulls (HELLO! Anyone buying knobs and pulls is highly likely to ALSO want matching appliance pulls!) Anyway, the absolute BEST is that I bought most of the knobs and pulls I needed in our local RH store, and sadly the remaining ones had to be ordered and they were backordered until 4/8 (not good for us!). However, the awesome manager at my store called around to other stores and found the rest of my hardware pieces at two other stores and arranged to have them shipped to me; he called me when I walked in the door to my house - AMAZING customer service! By far, the best purchasing experience I've had with shopping for our renovation! So, now I highly recommend them. The quality seems to be there and the level of customer service is extremely satisfactory!...See MoreRecommend handle/latch for bathroom pocket door
Comments (9)You have to spend money on the handle if you want something more than "a big box". I looked and looked. Now others may have differing experiences. I spent around $80 or 90 for my locking set. And I had to buy a pull separate because the set didn't come with a pull. Door pull is: SUG-YK-W100 Sugatsune Stainless Steel Recessed Door Edge Pull (Satin) Door latch is: cant find it oops sorry. I will post again when I find the brand that is shown in my pictures I have posted a link to the hardware hut where I bought the recessed pull. They have simple door insets for the flat side of the door for opening. Here is a link that might be useful: simple door handle...See Moreczarinalex
