Milkweed question

My common milkweed is coming up. No sign of either swamp milkweed or butterfly weed. Are they later? Short lived? They did wonderfully last year.

My swamp milkweed is just peeking through the soil. What a strange spring this has been, weather-wise.

Update: Swamp milkweed is up and doing great. Butterfly weed is just now poking its head out.
