Can someone ID my bermuda for me please
Comments (5)that sort of happened to me. i bought a pallet of celebration grass and noticed it was much thicker. At first i thought it was because it was maintained tall but once i sprouted some seeds i knew for sure it was a common. I didnt do anything about it because it only covers a section of my yard, but i am very satisfied on how well it tolerated the shade (area recieves (4.5- 5.5 full sun). i mow at 1 inch with reel and is denser than my 419, but that must be because i only get 6-7 hours of full sun now on the 419. that being said, unless you want the fairway look, it seems much of a hassle to get it replaced, if anything, they should give you a discount. i dont mind how my common looks, looks nice actually, and mine looks thicker than yours (the stems). Good luck. i am standing on common bermuda, to the left of my foot is 419....See MoreCan someone ID my agastache?
Comments (5)Without a photo, this is pretty much just a guessing game. In fact, you may very well have a hybrid, in which case species-dependent characteristics are not particularly reliable. I am always curious on this type of posting why the person asking the question does not just go back to where they bought it and ask them. It certainly seems the most logical approach. Anyway... The only other suggestion I can make is to visit the High Country Gardens website (see link below). They are one of the leaders in developement and promotion of Agastache and have a pretty good inventory of different species/hybrid photos. Good luck. Comments (6)Sadly, just because a bagged soil is called 'cactus soil' that doesn't necessarily mean it's any good for cacti and succulents as we've said many times before, it's just sales blurb. They will die in that mix whatever their size, large or small, the result will be the same. Can't tell what the planter/s look like size wise in relation to the plants or whether it's one big planter, but whichever, there's way too much unused 'peaty' type compost. It will cause one of two things to happen...if you water thoroughly which they will need (but they also need to drain properly) it will stay wet and they'll rot. Failing that, the soil may become hydrophobic, you will think you are watering it but it will stay dry at the roots, as spray bottles don't water efficiently. Please do a search for a more suitable mix using the search box a the top, your plants will thank you in the end. Gill...See MoreSomeone please help me ID my succulent!
