Has anyone built the La Meilleure Vie plan by David Wiggins?
Comments (102)@LisaKoback We are building the La meilleure vie plan by David Wiggins also and we are looking for a basement plan with steel beams and I-joist instead of the wooden laminated beams that Wiggins provided for us. Would you be willing to share steel beam size and I-joist dimensions? Or your basement page of print only? Thanks so much. jamesmelson34@gmail.com James...See MoreFrank Betz Tuxedo Park Floor Plan - Has anyone seen or built?

If so, how did you relocate the staircase to the bonus? did yoh add access to the bathroom to make it another jack/jill? We are in Fayetteville NC and would love to see the house in person if anyone is relatively close? or just drive by to see the outside I am a licensed Realtor and my husband will be our builder Thank you!...See MoreFrank Betz Hyde Park Floor Plan - Has anyone built this plan?
Comments (13)Thank you for your suggestions! You are totally welcome. :-) Although, honestly, I don't feel like I've contributed much, lol! ;-) The land is a little over 1 acre but only 1/3 has been cleared and the remaining is wooded. Ooooh dang, that's nice. <3 I'm in eastern Central Texas, and I'd kill for a heavily wooded neighborhood like yours. I haven’t thought about landscaping the front yet. If I could -- without sounding uppity lol -- please, please, please don't plant a tree right in front of the door! :-D I see this all. the. time. Smaller/medium-szied accent trees (preferably flowering, but stay away from Bradford Pear, lol) to frame the house would look lovely, especially with all the tall trees in the back. I also love the look of a front door painted in a cheerful color pulled from flowering perennials in the yard. <3 We did extend the covered deck to 12x20 with stairs and are thinking about a a semi in ground pool in the future The house's orientation will make this perfect! Southern exposure is great for spending time outside on a backyard deck or in a pool....See MoreHas anyone built Moser Design Group’s plan TNH-PC-09A?
Comments (1)I didn't build it but I did a 3D model for someone a while back so they could get a feel of the interior and do a walkthrough....See MoreAnnKH
