How do you decide on a bathroom mirror size and lighting??

We are currently building a house. In the guest bathroom I had our antique buffet refinished and am going to use it as the vanity. It is 60" long and approximately 37" high. (See photo) I purchased 2 rectangular vessel sinks (19.25L x 14.5W x 4.75 D) for it. The bathroom is being custom built for the vanity and the wall it is against is 61", so it will fit right in. We have 9' ceilings in the house. I'd like to use 2 mirrors, but because my wall space is limited, I'm having a hard time figuring out how big my mirrors should be (I'm having them custom made so that the frames will match the buffet) and what type of lighting to use and if it's wall lighting, how wide can/should it be? I don't like the 2 light wall fixtures. I'm running out of time and need to get a decision made, as the electricians are running my wiring... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
