Sorry, I studied your diagram to try to understand what you are asking and it made my eyes ache. I couldn't figure it out, partly because the scale is small, the legends evidently not in English, etc. What is the white space to the left of the orange triangle, what furniture is there, etc. Do you want the furniture to be for TV watchers? If so, maybe make alot of the seating rotating, at least on the hypotenuse of the triangle, since fixed seating with its back to that view probably wouldn't be too popular!

Thanks so much for taking the time to post additional photos! I would move the console table where the two chairs are. Then move the two chairs and martini table in front of the window. Place the lamp from the martini table on the console table and add a plant. For the living area, I would purchase a tv console table and place it to the left of the fireplace...with doors to hide the video game controllers. Then, angle the curved love seat towards the couch. Also, I would add lots of plants here and there to bring some life into your space. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I know it’s a tall order to come up with something that accomplishes what I want but I figured I'd see if others on Houzz had some ideas. Both sectionals that I'm considering are pretty spacious. The first one is 144” x 79” and the other is 120” x 110.” msteezzy - here’s a picture of the space you asked about.

You're not going to need a dining table in here? As always - measure twice, buy once! Have an overall plan before you buy or do anything. Measure to find the center of the window between the bookshelves. Put all seating pieces on furniture coasters, so you can move them around. Put a seven foot couch (or use your single love seat here) five feet away from center of window, facing window. Make sure the couch has thin arm rests. Place an oval coffee table in front of it. (I prefer two small coffee tables instead of one big one so I can move them around, but that's me.) Perpendicular to couch, on either side, place two round swivel chairs. Allow enough room to walk around. Place small round side table next to each chair, on the couch side of chairs. Add wall decor and floor plants/sculpture, if desired. Place accessories on side tables and coffee table. Regarding the approximately 4 1/2' by 8' area left over in front of kitchen, there are a few things you can do with that: craft table, dining table, reading area, mini office. Furniture placement is not permanent. Use your own needs and artistic talent to move them around as desired.
