What are these bugs in my houseplant?

I recently potted some Purple Shamrock and when inspecting the pot to see if they were starting to break the soil yet (good news, they are!) I noticed these tiny white bugs/mites. Very hard to get a photo of them because they’re so small, but wondering if anyone can help me identify them. Two pics are them crawling on the side of the pot, and the other pic is some of them attached to a piece of tape so that I could get a better look at them.

They appear to be white or clear in color & I think they only have 6 legs (but can’t tell 100%).

Curious what they are, if they’re harmful to the plant, and best way to get rid of them without stunting the growth of the fresh sprouts.

Thank you!
