Pictures if your space, and the quartz would help. Most people are visual, and not everyone knows what Soprano quartz looks like...nor do we know what shade of beige your floors are.

Oh, and backsplash is the last thing to be selected, once flooring, appliances and counters are installed. The counters will look different horizontally, than they do as a vertical slab.

Thank you for the feedback. The quarts is Viaterra Color is Soprano. I’m looking for reviews on this brand/color of quartz. Additionally I want an off white subway tile I’m looking for recommendations of brand and color.

Did you get Soprano? I’m thinking of putting with oak cabinets and already have soft white tile backsplash. Does Soprano look too busy? Is it light?

Hi Lisa I did go with the Soprano and I love it. It is not busy at all very subtle. You can order a sample online directly from the company it cost me $15 and was well worth it. I let my sample sit for several days in my space mulling it over with my cabinets and backsplash selection. We are very happy with how it all looks together. Good Luck!

Thanks! I have a big sample and looked at the big slab at the warehouse. I’m looking for a soft whitish look with our existing oak cabinets And wondered if Soprano comes off looking too beige? Or did it end up with a whitish appearance?

Jlamos56, in your first photo of your Soprano quartz sample, what is the countertop it is resting on? Is it quartz? It looks creamy, the color I am looking for. Thanks.

Thank you! Yes the plumber hooked the air gap hose under the sink. I like the clean look without it on top of the counter much cleaner. The sink size is awesome. When first installed I thought wow that sink is huge but we quickly fell in love. Lol Following is a picture of the sink information I bought it at Ferguson’s Plumbing Supply.

No I had one previous to this and it got so dingy looking. I love stainless appliances but not sink. The white is much easier to keep clean and nice looking.

Jlamos56, I am going with soprano quartz in my kitchen but we are having a hard time finding a backsplash tile to coordinate with it. What did you use?

I used an off white subway tile that I got at a no name small tile store where I live. I looked a lot as I found to bright white didn’t look as good with my cabinets and the counters.

Any chance you could post a pic closer to the sink showing sink/counter contrast? I saw Viatera company posts Soprano as ‘ivory” so now I’m worried it’s not white enough. It changes the look of itself in every pic I see!

It is ceramic bought at Bedrosians Tile & Stone. Sorry I dont remember the name.

Lisa Amos where are your seams in the peninsula? I can’t see them. I’m having soprano installed in a few weeks. Would love a pic of your seams to see what I can expect.

I have one seam in the first photo hardly noticeable. Second photo shows the location. The seam was pushed back away from the main counter area and back towards the wall and stove area which has worked well you can’t really see it much. Good Luck!
