You folks are almost making me cry! I just brought up my office spring/summer window treatments to press and put up, and these sweet comments will get me through the task of ironing the 10 panels! Of course, Riley, Rooney and Ginger are right here to help me. :-)

Our flooring was installed by whomever the builder used for installation. I have a couple of minor scratches, but they were likely caused by something my 5 year old daughter dragged. We have Gemcore Onyx Huntington. We did the same - felt pads under all furniture and chairs. It’s very hard to tell when there is a scratch due to the texture. We do have some buckling and I’m 100% convinced it’s either installation error or a result of the new construction house settling. The buckling is isolated in areas and doesn’t seem to have processed over almost a full year. They’re coming out to assess Wednesday. We do love the floors and have them all throughout the house. They are low maintenance and super easy to clean. It’s a bit deceiving because you can’t tell where dirt is unless it’s a very light piece of something, like paper.

Taryn, i ended buying from cherry carpet in portsmouth, but the key is to leverage prosource before you buy. prosource will match or beat any quoted price. Everyones intial quote will be high but just use it as a starting point. not sure where in VA you are but search the provenzza site for authorized dealers and get to work. we start at $6.50 and end at $4.15. just finished the install, so happy with the purchase.

Joshua, I would pick a more reputable company to go with! We all had similar experiences where the floor was not what we wanted or expected based on the samples. There are so many out there that have been around longer, are similar priced, and their samples match the finished product. Do not waste your money and time with Mueller Graff, it will completely derail your project.
