While every monitor renders differently (than each other or reality), I think I like the far right one the best. It seems close to the overall shade of the tile (mostly picking up on the lighter tone from the transparency) and seems to have the right balance of coolness/warmth to go with the tile. I like the second from the left a close second best. It seems a little darker and seems to blend well with the tile. I wonder if it has a little bit of an green hue? If not, then I think this one would work really well too. The far left seems too cool/blue for your tile. The middle one seems too dark. And the second from the right seems too light. I think you're automatically going to get some contrast because the tile seems to look a little lighter in the center (presumably from the transparency of the glass) and will already help highlight the beautiful herringbone pattern.

I know that yogurt commercial picture is tough to really see the grout. But any suggestions for a good light tan or simply off white grout color to use?

I assume you have children. I assume you are looking for spill and mess tolerant. I will assume the budget is strict. I will ALSO assume you will be back here asking how to bring the space to life. Don't purchase mud if you can avoid it. The selection above is better, but still heavy and dark on the carpet. Must you have wall to wall carpet in the family room is the question, and must you have tile? Sectionals are first SIZE and fit to a space. ........first things first, here.. And yes..........where IS the counter top selection., please !!?

Harley - I originally found the tile at Tile Bar but then found it for a way better price on Amazon. If it’s not the exact same tile as the one from Tile Bar it’s so close I can’t tell a difference and it was $11 sq ft cheaper on Amazon. I ordered some sheets through Amazon directly and when they had trouble fulfilling I ordered the rest directly through Stone Tile Mosaics which is the Amazon seller. Stone Tile Mosaics were wonderful- they honored Amazons price and free shipping. I think the tile is made by Vouge Tile and its called Vogue Tile Thassos Hexagon Marble with Mix Circulos Mother of Pearl Tiles On Mosaic Sheet (1).
