What kind of base trim for kitchen cabinet panels?

I am laying new flooring (engineered hardwood) in our kitchen after cabinets have been installed. I'm not sure what kind of base trim (if any) to use to transition between the flooring and cabinet side panels. My biggest concern is how the trim would look at the thin front edges of the cabinet panels.

The panel next to the cabinet door (not the fridge one) has a 3/4" edge and so I'm not sure how that would work with trim. The panel next to the fridge has a 1.5" edge so I could see trim working.

Notes: Going for modern farmhouse style. Cabinet drawers and doors have shaker style trim, cabinets are stained a warm, honey brown, and the countertops are white quartz with grey veins.

What would be the best design for trim to cover the gap between the new flooring and cabinet panels?
