how would you decorate this entrance patio

Hey everybody I’m looking to remodelate my entrance patio
It’s a square shape 6X6 Meters.
I’m looking for advice in
Furniture ?
Wall calours ?
Plants ?

I think the wall color should stay the same as the rest of the house and the blue accents are quite charming. Is there something specific you don't like? I am not sure if the art piece and the white piece (shelf cabinet?) have something to do with the culture of where you are and need to stay but if they don't I would start by taking them down. Then I would give the whole area a good power wash to clean it up. I would add a fun out door rug. With a seating area. Then bring in potted plants . Not sure what grows in your area but Figs, ferns, palms all come to mind. Some bright ceramic pots for the plants as well as some bright ceramic lanterns or candle holders Bright outdoor pillows. With your hanging lantern you have it really has a Morrocan feel and with the bright door and shutters I would move forward with that. Lovely space!

I totally disagree with Trailrunner. It IS ugly, but you need to send it out here to me here in New Mexico instead of to that stove-chasing Alabama gal ;^P (LOL!) Jane, it's wonderful and I'm so happy for you! I don't think it would work well in that corner of your dining room. The draperies and the small area there would both work against it. Oh, great ideas! I have some fairlylarge paintings I'm not using, but they are all landscape orientated, not portrait. I have a very large mirror - blfenton, I'm usually the first one to say "mirror is a canvas, whatever it reflects is the art on it" -- so what would I be reflecting? The "formal dining room" (turned home office) and DH pounding away on his keyboard. :) I like the idea of a trunk. I have one that is just sitting somewhere, but it's not large enough (think more the size that you'd keep to the side of a sofa). I will have to keep my eyes open. Do I use faux greenery - yes. A lot. Do I like to admit it? No. Do I really think anyone really believes I keep that pothos perfectly green in a bathroom with no natural light? No. :) Lazy Susans are very 80s to me...but so are tv trays and I certainly have a stash of them! Functionality knows no decade boundaries. :) I saw some interesting candleholders at TJ Maxx today in colors that would go with my overall decor very well. Not exactly the right style, but probably about as close as I will get. I'm finicky. :(

Call your cable company and ask if they have a smaller more attractive box if you have had it for more than a year. Can you post a picture of what you see looking from the sofa directly forward? Could you just put the TV right there in that area, it looks wide and then put a screen behind it. I have added a link. You could put pictures across the top row and maybe just solid color paper or something in the others. Good luck and please post when you decide what functions for you. None of your windows look to be the style that can handle shutters, so that will save you some money. Let him to the stain job, etc., and you focus on improving the lighting and landscaping. The lantern lights flanking doors need to be 1/3 of the door's height. Are there any lights in the porch ceiling to light all around the house? The ratty looking shrubs by the picnic table need to be removed. Not sure I'd add black to this house. If you decide to paint the house later, you might do the typical white siding and black windows of "modern farmhouse" style if it is still a trend and you like it. A decorative, but not functional, vent in the top of the gable might be ok if you can find one large enough not to be dwarfed by the expanse of wall around it.

Yeah I can take the decoration i actually have there. I wanted to have something there to have a bit of style

I'd do container gardens. Get containers of varying heights for visual interest and varied plants that have some color, e.g. rose bushes or hydrangea, etc. Put climbing roses or clematis next to the lattice. Also, I'd change out the light fixtures. You have what looks to me like an Art Deco motif on the gate, but a Turkish/Moroccan vibe for the fixtures. Find lanterns that are less "motif specific", or simply hang some pretty string lights.
