We are remodeling a house - 3 bed 1.75 bath. The full bath is now accessible from a hallway while the 0.75 bath is attached to the current master. We are remodeling the full bath to be accessible from the additional bedrooms, essentially turning it into a Jack and Jill bathroom, closing off access from the hallway. We are planning on adding two more bedrooms each with its own bathroom (a year from now) essentially turning it into a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house and a study (one of the existing bedroom becomes a study).

Do I really need the half bath or can I get away with the guest bathroom off the main living area, entry from the guest bedroom or the study? Please see new floor plan in the photos. Thank you for your input!
