This is what I found so far but please add to it so we can all benefit.

This particular coronavirus is immune to cytokines TNF-a and IL-6

Cytokines are compounds produced by our immune system to attack and dispose of foreign invaders. Our bodies may make too much of TNF a and IL 6 if it thinks it's having no effect. Too much of these is destructive so avoiding foods that increase production is a good practice if you have this corona virus .


Foods that stimulate one or both of these two cytokines are Echinacea, spirulina, honey, chocolate, kimchi, elderberry. ( source: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov )

Foods that are natural virus destroyers include garlic ( crush one or two cloves and consume before one hour after crushing ) cranberry, citrus, green tea, vitamins c, d and e.

These foods fight virus and decrease TNF a and or IL 6 production. Fresh apples and fresh apple juice, cranberry, turmeric ( use with food to avoid stomach injury ) green tea.

Green tea, garlic and cranberry are all super virus destroyers.
