Dining room? Wonderful! I'm with Palimpsest, emphatically. Don't add another color, or you will lose the effect of the fabulous paper. Being bold requires disciplined editing to work. I love a little drama in the DR, so I would choose the russet color (and match it exactlyl with a custom color) for the other walls, paint the trim to match the white, and give the ceiling a pale metallic silver finish. I'd add a big mirror in a silver-leaf frame on the russet wall opposite the striped wall, and use a few well-chosen real silver and white ceramic accessories. Let that wallpaper dominate, and your family and friends and food will be the rest of it.

$30k is an insane cost for a bathroom so small. Even paying a contractor to do the work with modest finishes, but good quality, will run between $8k and $12k. Especially if the fixtures stay in the same location and only get exchanged for new. An architect is always a good investment. An architect will help you with design ideas, can curate material, fixture and finish choices based on your tastes and can oversee the work being done by the contractor to ensure that everything is done properly, up to code, and according to design. The average homeowner is not equipped to adequately oversee a contractor's work. I've had so many clients come to me after a botched renovation because they didn't understand the contractor was taking short cuts and it cost them thousands more to fix. The good news is it’s not an arbitrary choice. The color options - the most practical options - are in the brick. In other words, pull a color from the brick for the siding. Pairing a color of green with orange/peach red/pink brick is challenging. You have to get a green from the right hue family first and it needs to have the same (or similar) chroma as the average predominant chroma of the brick. This could take a hot minute and several samples if you’re just eyeballing it and not using hue/value/chroma color notations. In every single example where a green is on point with brick, we can explain the harmony precisely by analyzing hue families and chroma (colorfulness).
