A newer one with the Duraforce engine should not create problems. However, parts for the "D" and "F" are getting harder to find. They are simple engines, easy to work with.

I had looked at several nice Honda tractors that came up in my area when I was in the market for a good used tractor. The only problem with Honda tractors is parts availability or lack there of more specifically. They certainly are strong performers and like all Honda OPE are well built and engineered. I belong to several tractor forums and parts availability is the #1 complaint when it comes to these tractors. Do your homework and you'll come to your own conclusion. Good Luck!

I have just replaced my DeDietrich 309 so it is available to scavenge for spare parts. The center and back right elements are working fine. The front right has power, but does not seem to recognize when a pan has been place on it. If anyone is interested, let me know. Wavy
