Help needed accessorizing Living room
Hi, I need help adding accessories to our living room. See photos below Question #1: Should I add accessories to the mantle or behind the glass windows? I was thinking both would be too much. Or should I accessorize both areas. Please send me your ideas as to where, what kind of accessory and color. Question #2: What accessories would look good on the center table and please provide details - type of accessory and color, etc.
I like the neutral tone. I am not into color - adding a contrast color for "pop".
I would appreciate any help.

I think you need an accent color to warm up all the gray.

Comments (20)It will be less light but you have lighting on the side board and in the hutch. Unscrew some of your current bulbs to compare. I'm not an expert so you could ask others about sizing. I think it's got some really pretty details. Should work well with the curves in your furniture. Love the bronze candle sleeves and the shape of the candles in general. 4 years agoHi. Thank you. I like that idea. I will fins something for behind the glass and not on the mantle The painting is hung correctly. Here is the inspiration painting and one can see that it is hung the same way. Had not planned on any window treatments.

Across from the fireplace is the kitchen entrance and across from the window is the foyer, Pictures did not turn out the best but hopefully enough . Thanks, K
