I love my Elkay Crosstown sink! Mine is the main kitchen sink, so its larger than the bar size you are considering. I use my pull down sprayer often, so would recommend that type of faucet to help wash scraps into the drain. (The sink's flat bottom drains liquids well, but needs a little extra help to get solids to the drain.) As a coffee bar only sink, you may not need that, though.
