Improve and enlarge the stair landing and walkway. Paint the foundation to match the siding (as well as the downspouts) then develop a landscape plan that includes attractive and year round foundation plantings.

I don't care for the turquoise door - that color doesn't go well with the siding color, so I would paint it for more contrast, maybe more of a reddish color to match the steps. But that is a personal choice :-)

Agree with gardengal above and I love what celerygirl shows with the painted foundation and wood front door and landscaping the bed in front of the bay window. So much can be done with the right landscaping.

Personally I think your money would be better spent on adding some sort of gabled (sp?) entryway rather than on landscaping or switching windows or even the door. Something to give the facade more dimension.You need something to offset the bulk of that bay window. Unfortunately I can’t find pictures that exactly match what I’m trying to describe. (Tried to find pictures of ranch houses with offset/off center entrances)

Thanks everyone, really like all the feedback provided. I think updates to the landing and driveway as well as the landscaping would make a huge difference. Also love the door color @Celery. Visualization, Rendering images. Has anyone had experience painting a concrete foundation? It looks great but imagine upkeep could be an issue?

There is an elastomeric paint for stucco, brick, masonry. I am sure there is something different for concrete.

Thanks @Nelly Bluth definitely think that some dimension would help and thought about doing something above the entryway. I think cost might be the primary concern for that type of addition though, perhaps down the line could be something to add. Were you thinking of something just above the entryway or something that would extend further the the window on the left hand side? We do have to replace the windows regardless for life cycle updates so will likely do either way.

I have dealt with some similar situations. For minimal cost, I'd just paint the door, add skirting to the stairs, and improve the foundation garden/ plants. I wouldn't paint the foundation.
