How to install cork underlayment beneath floating cork flooring

Hello,

I am installing ¼ inch cork underlayment beneath my floating cork floor. The subfloor is plywood and the room is very dry. My installer said no moisture barrier is needed. My question is: how to install the cork underlayment? Some posts say that they need to be completely glued down to the subfloor; while some posts say that only the perimeter of the cork underlayment need to be glued down and the rest can be left floating. Which one is better? If I can achieve the same result I would prefer using less adhesives. If I only glue the perimeter, how to connect the seams between the cork underlayment rolls/sheets? Should I use a duct tape? Last question: Are cork underlayment rolls better or sheets better? I would think sheets are easier to install but rolls provide better integrity as there are fewer seams with rolls. Any insights are very much appreciated!!!
