Poll - Which looks better - #1, #2, #3
Comments (40)I vote for #3 best but they need more space in between. Just a little. The mirror needs raised about three inches. Having said that, I think you should go with the single picture. It looks fine and is your favorite....See MoreAluminum patio cover - which would look better - Shed or gable roof
Comments (2)Thank you, Patricia. Yes, I want something to attach to the house to keep the patio dry. I know the pergola wasn't placed properly. At one time I hung drapes on one long side to keep the sun off the patio but they weren't a satisfactory solution. To windy where I live and tey blew too much. I'm not sure I would want to dine in the rain either, but I would like to use my grill during the winter months. Covered patios are coveted in the Pacific Northwest....See MoreHelp!!! Comments (7)I don't think any of those samples looks good. Try warm whites, pale warm grays or soft greens. One of these might work, especially Edgecomb Gray....See MoreWhich looks better please placement of soap dispenser and air switch?
Comments (19)Thank you all for your input, such a wide range of answers. I forgot to think about hole placement when countertop fabricator was here as I should have had him cut out just the center hole and then place the faucet in to then see how far out the other holes should go. Intead I just looked at his pencil marks of eight inches out from the middle hole which looked like a good amount forgetting about faucet handle sticking out. (I don't like the accessories way out to the side). Anyway live and learn. Although the idea of turning it so the knob is in the front seemed like a good idea which many of you suggested I just don't like the way it looks with my faucet. I ended up putting the soap dispensor on the right as it's far enough away that I don't bump it when using the faucet handle and will be easy to althernate from faucet to soap. Also since one views the kitchen from the right side it has the matching hexagonal base as the faucet so it looks pretty whereas there was not a matching airswitch. I did get a good laugh from the person that said I was over thinking it as I am very glad they are not inside my head b/c over-thinking and ruminating about each and every decison during this rennovation is the only process I know. Glad it's almost over....See Moreilikefriday
