Oenothera Missouriensis 'Ozark sundrops'

Another easy care perennial. Trailing habit, 12 inches high, poppy sized yellow blooms that open in late afternoon and last just a day and are replaced for the next day. Several flushes of bloom periods throughout the summer.

Oh, I do have owls, lots of them in my collection of stuff.

Opossums. I have raised hundreds.

They are fed with a stomach tube, because they are born as embryos at only 13 days of gestation. They are smaller than a pea.

They are given some kind of article to simulate a pouch. Here, an old leather cap lined with sheep skin. They have almost outgrown this one.

I'm trying to fit an O into the pics of my walk in the trails yesterday. The only thing I can think of is that is was One cold day!!! -17°C, but the sun was glorious.
