Best suppliers of US-quarried stone in the Boston area?

I'm updating the countertops in my kitchen, and I'm looking for US-quarried stone (for environmental and working conditions-related reasons). I'm still narrowing down our overall look and would like to see slabs of Danby Cream marble, US Soapstone and US granite-- e.g. Jet Mist, Virginia Mist or American Mist. Canadian is fine too. I've found a few suppliers in the Boston area who carry stone from the US and Canada (Marble & Granite, Inc, Daltile Stone Center and Boston Granite Exchange), but I'm wondering if anyone has experience looking for these stones in the Boston area, and if so, whether there are specific suppliers you would recommend. Thank you!

Try to find a Boral Brick distributor if you are looking for brick or stone pavers. That way you can get something more original at a comparable or even lower price than what's at the big box stores.

Sueb - good idea about Circle... I used to buy a lot of things there and they kind of fell off my radar when I moved out of Cambridge. Their quality has historically been good. Tibbrix- Yes - buying upholstered furniture is so hard. I am so sick of bad quality. This is why I try to buy a lot from MGBW. I think their quality is very good for the price. We own a 13 year old Pottery Barn sofa that was made by MG and it is still in excellent shape. Same with our 10 year old RH chairs made by MG. Thanks for the West Elm link - I like the look of their furniture but worry about wear and tear - this sectional will be high use in our house (family room). Chispa - will let you know what I hear from RB on modifications. Good luck in your sofa search! Bonnieann - I may end up at BDC. It is overwhelming to me, but I could manage if I had to.... it is sort of my last resort. :) My Marina name is not related to Quincy, but rather b/c I love watching boats and people from a marina we use on the Cape. We bought our Franke orca sink online at Amazon for a good price. We bought our Kohler Simplice faucet from Home Depot, an online order but we could return it at the store if there was an issue. Also, I had read online statements that buying products from Home Depot was a different quality than buying at a plumbing supply store. I called Kohler directly, and was told that they are the exact same products. We did buy our more complex appliances from Yale, and also purchased some items from Webb in Needham for a bathroom renovation, and had good experiences with both.
