Chuck Schumer's personal guest gets kicked out of the Senate

HU-885118952

I'm so glad this stunt wound up all over Chuck's face!

Ted Cruz✔@tedcruzScenes from the impeachment trial: Schumer invited Lev Parnas to be his personal guest today at the trial. Minutes ago, Parnas was ejected from the gallery...because he’s wearing an ankle bracelet mandated bc he’s a criminal defendant accused of serious felonies! #CantMakeItUp

Mark Meadows✔@RepMarkMeadowsWashington Democrats know their impeachment effort is failing... so they retort to bringing in federally indicted LEV PARNAS (wearing an ankle bracelet) and suddenly disclosing a 4 month old phone call with no relevance.

They are desperate. It's right in front of you.

Lindsey Graham✔@LindseyGrahamSCThe best way to sum up this whole debacle is to understand that Senator Schumer’s desire for Lev Parnas to attend the Senate trial apparently cannot be accommodated because Mr. Parnas has an electronic ankle bracelet imposed upon him by the court. You can’t make this up.

Dumb, dumb stunt Schumer. It was dumb when Trump invited the Clinton accusers to the debates and it's dumb for you to do this .

Why does wearing a court ordered ankle bracelet prohibit him from sitting there?

Because all electronics have been forbidden in the room?

Supposedly Lev will have something to say about Lindsey later today. Stay tuned.

Anybody who will trash a Republican is a friend of the Dems. Even those with ankle bracelets. I'm kind of sorry they kicked him out, I wanted more people to see who the Dems are pointing to as a credible source. Maybe he'll be called to testify as a witness while wearing an ankle bracelet...that would be fun.

Ziemia, yeah, the thread title was good for a chuckle.

Washington (CNN)Lev Parnas, an indicted associate of Rudy Giuliani, arrived Wednesday morning on Capitol Hill to listen to President Donald Trump's impeachment trial.

Parnas, flanked by his attorney Joseph Bondy and others, made his way from Union Station to the Capitol while walking among a throng of reporters.

It's unclear where Parnas will be watching the proceedings from, as a
federal judge on Tuesday denied his request to have his GPS device
removed, thereby quashing his request to attend the trial because Senate rules do not permit any electronic devices in the gallery.

Asked whether anything specific would be submitted by them to lawmakers during Wednesday's proceedings, Parnas and Bondy said they didn't plan to do so. The purpose of their presence, they said, was to "watch (a) momentous event."

In a statement, the office of the New York Democrat said: “Like many other New York constituents, Mr. Bondy reached out and asked for gallery tickets, and we said yes.”

Lev Parnas Might Not Get Into Senate Trial Because of Ankle Monitor, Senator Schumer Says

Anyone who has direct knowledge and evidence of WH crimes should be a friend to all who care about this country.

Parnas was in the thick of the Ukraine chicanery (and illegal campaign contributions). Unlike others who Trump has used for his shady dealings, Zelig Parnas has decided to put the bus up on blocks before Trump has a chance to throw him under that vehicle.

Nancy-in-Venice, for weeks now, seeing all those photos, videos of Lev Parnas, had me thinking of him as Zelig. I hope we will get a peek of Lev’s shrine to The Great Orange Cheater before he came to his senses. He said he had photos and all manner of Trump memorabilia on his walls, tables and scrap books. He observed and saved everything — sort of like an Elvis fan.

Ziemia, chipotle and bob-c’ville — yes indeed.

”Lyin’ Ted!” As his master called him (and Donnie alleged that Ted’s father was best buds (close enough) with Kennedy’s killer/s. So with that CV, ....

Paul Manafort is another one of Trump & Guiliani’s Ukraine scandal helpers. Even when Manafort was a convicted felon sitting in jail, Rudy Giuliani would visit him for the names of helpful corrupt Ukrainians and contacts. Manafort knew them all. He had worked with Putin’s pal, Viktor Yanukovych..

In case anyone else is wondering who the moustached person is in photo above, it's who is suspected to the the WB. I just hope anyone who feels the need to be a WB to help uncover fraud, crimes etc. isn't outed and put in danger as this guy has. Just hope one day that isn't you or person close to you. Can you imagine how brave this one really average person risked to do this? Wonder what is in store for the poor guy because of this outing of his name?

I will not post a link to that picture but it is easy enough to find with a simple google as I did to find out what that picture was about, complete with all the info on him.

This thread started with either an outright lie that Ted Cruz told and got caught on or his repeating cloakroom tittletattle that was entirely false and which he calls "slightly inaccurate" which is in itself false since the different between being ejected from a room or gallery and not even entering the building is not "slight". So now we are moving on to more dubious opinions about someone else entirely with not one single person who kept insisting the original tweet was true has admitted it was not even "slightly" true?

Perhaps you should review this thread. Who kept insisting the original tweet was true? The closest you're going to get is me, and my argument was with ziemia's sematics:

Saying you were arguing semantics is pretty thin Elvis when you are arguing the semantics of how a lie is stated. Or perhaps we will go with Cruz simply repeating lies without taking responsibility for having done so. Remember this is not about Parnas, it was a smear of Chuck Schumer and he is not an indicted potential criminal. It was only when Ted Cruz admitted he had passed on a complete misrepresentation of an event that didn't even happen that Conservatives here wholesale abandoned this topic and moved on to throw out new conspiracies. cover instead of admitting it was wrong. How long before someone will pull this out of the rag bag and quote it as an example of Schumer's corruption?
