Good Evening, Thanks to DCS who originally posed the question (3 years) ago, I ended up taking a risk and purchased the SINKINGDOM Garbage Disposal SinkTop Air Switch Kit with Long Button, Brass Made Cover, Champagne Bronze from Amazon last month after I went down the Rabbit's Whole with a google search for the Northstar Decor Air switch in their Champagne Bronze Finished with lead me to Walmart who advertises the Northstar Decor Air Switch BUT I wasn't able to order the Champaign Bronze finish in particular. So, I crossed my fingers while I waited on the SINKINGDOM order from Amazon. Then, I did a comparison and went back to my Fabricator to schedule an appointment for two additional holes cut into my new pre-installed stone countertops. When the Fabricator arrived, we played around with the distance between my Delta Champaign Bronze Faucet and decided it would be best to try and space the two holes as far apart as possible (9" on both sides) of my faucet which was already centered in the middle of my (30" wide) oblong sink. As soon as the Fabricator left, I cleaned up and setup a dress rehearsal! I know the Champaign Bronze finishes aren't exactly the same but please let me know if you think the color/finish/tone of the Air Switch is worth some experimental touching up?

I would get a sample of each -- photos can be really misleading when it comes to these small differences. In the pics above, the top one looks golden while the bottom one looks pink, but my experience is that champagne often looks somewhere between nickel and brass, while gold looks more like a traditional brass but brushed. I'm sure that seeing them in person would help you decide! If you're doing a gold metal in a mix with nickel, I'd want to be sure that the contrast was clear.

Adding a comment here for anyone who is still searching! We went with the CR Laurence Brushed Bronze hinges and handle, they are NOT an except match for Delta champagne bronze, however, it's not a big enough difference to care. They did however come out with a revised color, called Dark Brushed Bronze. I'm not sure if this is a match or not but it seems possible. We opted for a tile in drain in our shower. you will never get a match, but fyi it is very hard to be up close and look at them at the same time, and from a distance, it would be barely noticeable. Looks to me that neither are real brass and both are painted finishes, but again these little things eat you up now but 6mths after move in your eye won't even think about it. for the sake of it I like option 2.
