any news about your boxwoods? i just wanted to edit my previous post which had a little bit of misinformation. isotox does not contain imidacloprid, is not very effective against leafminers, and is very toxic to boot. i second oldroser's suggestion above to use bayer's advanced garden insecticide which contains imidacloprid. it comes in a milky solution to mix in water for soil drenching or in pellet form to scatter around the root base. while i do not like to use chemicals in my garden, i have been desperate enough - because i have such a severe infestation and i have many other boxwoods - to apply imidacloprid. the adult insects are recognizable for their mosquito-like form and orange bodies and in my zone they are swarming now.

Tenants do produce adult web content. I took over a property and had a tenant who was home all the time. I was updating the info I got and asked for her work phone number. She said she quit her job and worked at home. I said great! Making small talk I asked what she did from home. She told me she was an artist. She moved out only 3-4 months after this and while showing the apartment for re-rental never saw any type of art stuff. Paints, canvas, clay etc. She did however have a web cam in her room and the bed was set up in an odd way. The last month I had to drop things off for her move and collect some money. Her boy friend opened the door and I asked to speak to her. He said she was "working" in her room and give her 5 minutes. A few minutes later she came out in a robe. My suspecions were further verified when my co worker (her old neighbor) informed me he learned of this from her parents. She was a good tenant. Quiet, paid on time, caused no problems, and since she was home all the time watched the neighbors and area for trouble.

Stay away from Frigidaire/Electrolux appliances, they are hazardous!!! They‘be burned up homes and killed people, due to poor engineering design, and they are aware of this. They know that they’re products have ruined people’s lives, murdered children, and yet they do nothing. There’s been numerous complaints over the years and they won’t make good on their word, and their products are defective especially their refrigerator/freezers. I have personally investigated 2 fires because of their negligence and the latest costed the lives of 3 people, 2 of whom were very young children, and for what??? They know about the design flaws, but they don't care!! Their bottom line is more important than the life of a human being. Shame on them!! So whatever you do... DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND SPREAD THAT WORD!!! I contacted an inspector and described my situation. He charges a lot and we don't have the money right now, but he gave his best diagnosis through email. He said that the fasteners used for hardwood flooring don't hold well in OSB (surprise surprise), and that because the joist spacing is so wide, there is a lot of deflection causing the fasteners to loosen. The only remedy is to tear up the floors, fix the subfloor by adding thickness, and re-install. Has anyone ever done this? Is it expensive? I've contacted the builder and let him hear a video of my husband and I walking down the hallway and the floors cracking with every step. The builder says it is most likely because of the harsh winter we had, and that the humidity of spring/summer might help the noises calm down. They refuse to fix it. So now what?
