Kumar, ditto on "edit and remove email address" in your first post. This is where you can get help and ideas for designing your back yard, but not really where some one will hand you a plan. There's a fair amount of work involved. You'll need to provide more information in order to get help and be willing to assemble the information you get back into some sort of plan. One picture does not really show the extent of the back yard. If you stood next to the center of the back of the house and took overlapping shots while panning the yard (all shots taken from same position) then we could get a better feel for what is there now. In order to get control of weeds, you'd need all areas to be mowed turf, heavily mulched, or thickly planted. The combination that will work best will depend on your needs and desires, and the existing conditions. In order to get help in figuring out what arrangement will work best, provide the additional photos and more information about how you will use your yard.

Link two was the same photo as link one. Third link went to page not found and forth link was just a Houzz search page. The links do not look correctly done. One foot width is so narrow you might be best off building a tall trellis and planting an evergreen vine. Those below look custom built, but you can buy 4x8 ft trellis panels and sandwich them between upright posts for a similar look. While there are some tall, narrow shrubs that might work such as Cupressus sempervirens "Stricta" or Juniperus virginiana "Skyrocket", most will eventually get 2 to 3 ft wide and will take years to grow tall enough to begin to give any privacy.

You'd probably need to show the view in each direction. (Stand at center of the yard and take slightly overlapping photos of a 360*view -- without changing camera locations between any pictures.) And you probably need to show an outward bound view of 3/4 of the yard as taken from the patio center. (Again, in slightly overlapping pictures while the photographer does not change locations, but pivots.) And you'l need to show as close up as you can get of the yard from Google Satellite.
