I had avocado toast this morning. I will probably have some leftover spiral ham.

I just got done making 2 cheeseballs. So we had cheese,, crackers & beef stick.

My usual. Salad with turkey breast, apple, graham crackers dh makes and a cup of tea.

A DiGiornos supreme pizza! Prob leftover pork roast, sour kraut, dumpling meal this evening.

Mexican food sounds pretty good .....ya all are havin'...!

I'm making Italian Shepherds pie for dinner...too soon for lunch.....IDK....

PB&J, extra toasty Cheez-its, fruit, Heading to a movie so I wanted to eat first.

I had bacon and eggs for breakfast but I have a pork roast with apples and carrots in the crockpot for dinner.

I opted for a ham and cheese sandwich and hot green tea with sourwood honey.

Reheating sausage and egg casserole with delicious kale salad.

It's 11:00 here and I haven't had breakfast, so I guess my meal today is brunch. I'm having a cup of chili, a couple of slices of toasted sour dough baguette and half an avocado seasoned with dried and ground mixture of chili/lime.

I haven't had lunch yet, but it will be tacos. I fixed the meat a couple of nights ago and I will finish it off today. I love homemade tacos.

A slice of turkey roulade. I sliced it up on Christmas and had to freeze most of it. I am taking my time and savoring it, only having a slice here and there. I would eat turkey in July. And it was free to boot! so, why not. It's not about Christmas (there's NO gravy, mashed potatoes, or my son), it's about tasty.

Drove through Taco Bell and got a Burrito Supreme, Had it with a Diet Dr. Pepper I carry with me.

Today its homemade Northern bean and ham soup, avocado toast and a pear.

Today we ran around for DH's doctors appointments. We stopped at an old school (non chain) burger drive in. DH had a bacon cheese burger and I had the fried shrimp basket.

Today, being Saturday, we are having Broccoli cheese soup leftovers. Yum!

I had some of the leftover chicken and noodles, some chicken, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, apple salad and for dessert a chocolate Lindt ball. All good!

Went to the library today and found a new Seafood Cookbook. I paged through it on the way home (DH driving). I found a recipe for canned mackerel! Just cleaned out the pantry and it was found there (don't know how) with expiration date next month. It basically is a tuna melt with mackerel instead, on pumpernickel. I started making it as soon as we arrived home - must say it was delish.

Lox and bagels, with cream cheese, Meyer lemon juice, capers, and toasted white sesame seeds sprinkled on top!

Marilyn Sue - What is in your apple salad? Pardon if you already said and I missed it.

My apple salad is just 3 kinds of apples if possible. Use a total of 3 apples, a cup of diced celery, a cup of grapes halved or raisins if you don't have grapes, a cup of mini marshmallows, enough mayo or Miracle whip to mix all together. If not sweet enough add a bit of sugar. You can also add some of your favorite nuts, toasted is good.

Just made Marilyn-Sue recipe for apple salad for lunch. Just happened to have all ingredients on hand. Thanks for posting. In refrig chilling now. I tasted and it's really yummy.

Also known as Waldorf salad :-) And can be altered with various ingredients to suit you taste. And whatever leftovers you may have hanging around.

A very old recipe (1896) first served by the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in NYC and has been popular ever since.

My lunch is super boring and the same everyday. Two bananas with a good quantity of peanut butter. It keeps the cramps away. I have fancier breakfasts and suppers.

My kids brought me to go boxes of food today from the church meal. I have enough food for at least 3 meals! Mashed potatoes, chicken and noodles, beef and noodles, mac and cheese, green beans, deviled egg, tapioca pudding, brownie, some kind of cake, caramel pie, and red raspberry pie.
