Please help! My wood trim and gables are currently being replaced with siding. My house is primarily all brick. The brink is a pinkish (salmon - red) color.

The top picture is before work started, the bottom image is work in progress. After reading through other posts - it appears a brown-grey would work best, but I am unclear what to use for trim/fascia, soffits, gables and what to use around the vertical window. The roof is GAF Barkwood Brown. Thanks!
