Modern kitchen - too polished

So I am finalizIng a modern kitchen- I have already moved forward with high gloss white cabinets and high polished porcelain (2ft x 4ft) tiles for the backsplash. They have been ordered but not installed yet.
I plan to order a quartz (Caesar/silestone type) countertop and I’m wondering if I need to go with a honed finish to tone down all the high polish- although I generally like high polish on the countertop as well. Any positive or negative experience seeing polished cabinets, countertop, and backsplash all together would be helpful.
Also deciding if the faucet should be chrome or is that too much as well and I should go with stainless. I don’t want the headache of having my faucet not matching my Viking range it’s very close to with a huge hood. Hardware will be minimalist tanpulls and not too obvious either way.
The appliance are all stainless, and the light in the kitchen is average- both naturally and with highhats, not doing any cabinet lights.
Appreciate the feedback.
