In June 2015 my contractor installed “Parma Quality Laminate”, at a cost of $9,300.00 for 1800 Sq ft. This is the worst floor laminate in the world! Even before we moved into the house I found it picking upon the middle of the living room. i made it clear that I needed a durable laminate, and good looking (Red Oak), and my contractor assured me it was. And since it’s been installed it’s constant problems, every time I turn around it’s picking up somewhere. I need to get this floor out of here, I’m done, 9300.00 down the drain and a contractor who’s not standing behind the cheap crap he put in my house, and now we’ll have to seek legal action, so this floor cost way more than it should have. And when I call the Company, they pass me around and then know nothing! Don‘t buy Parma!!

I don't have this furniture anymore, but it was the only picture still on my phone. I will take a few more when I can, and post them for you. I had a hard time as well picking a color. I wanted something light and neutral , with little pattern, with a little grey. Everything I picked with grey was way too grey looking. This picks up grey, but has NO grey in it at all. We love our floors! So neutral, and so easy to keep clean. Everyone that comes in remarks how nice it looks. Many of the Cortec have large patterns, that you don't see in a small sample. Be careful with that. We did Sherwood Rustic pine in our master, and hallway upstairs by the master. I am finally getting used to it. It has a lot of knots and pattern, which I did not realize from the sample. I love the color, but not the pattern as much. Thank God it is in a small area, and not the full downstairs of our home, like the Ranier Oak is!

EXACTLY! After throwing a fit, I finally got my appliances ordered last May on October 18. They substituted a SHarpe microwave because the LG is now on back order at Lowes! (the microwave IS available thru LG website however) And they substituted another model for my LG Range. It was a slightly more expensive model, so we didn't gripe, but it came with no racks, no installation package, no warranty info, no user manual, no air fry tray, no built in thermomter. I spent hours talking to LG AND to Lowes. Finally had to order the installation package myself at $71 and Lowe's is supposed to give me a gift card for that amount. Lowe's optional solution was to order a completely new range (which is out of stock now and not expected til after the new year). They OBVIOUSLY robbed Peter to pay Paul. During this whole process, I have spent 2 hours with my Lowe's designer selecting appliances that were "in stock" and endless hours on the phone reporting delivery damages, missing appliances, and trying to rectify errors.

@janine Hoffman I have RevWoos Premier in Cattail Pecan in my Kitchen, great room and office. I HATE THIS FLOOR there is something wrong with the finish or top layer it is impossible to clean and i have followed manufacturers care instructions to the letter. Brand new custom build and i was so looking forward to easy to maintain floors. I am devastated
